Kim is a first generation Vietnamese-Texan who graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. After enduring many 100-degree summers, she moved to New York to finally experience the fall and to work at MTV Networks. During her stint there, she wrote and produced several campaigns for VH1 and BET.
Then she left the world of cable networks for the equally strange world of advertising. She’s created buzzworthy campaigns for Priceline, DIRECTV and the NFL. Her work has also appeared in two back-to-back Super Bowls.
She’s been recognized by The One Club as “One to Watch,” was one of Mashable’s Rising Stars of Advertising and a winner of the inaugural I'mPART Women's Fellowship from The Advertising Club of New York. Her work has also been recognized by Cannes, the YoungGuns International Awards, D&AD, The One Show and AICP.
She is obsessed with nachos and has a dog named Gus.
